DO NOT buy or lease a car at AutoNation Hyundai. I leased a brand new 2025 Hyundai Sonata N Line less than 2 months ago. The car already has mechanical AND electrical issues. In addition, when I called to ask questions about my tag, I was told that both the guy who sold me the car AND the sales manager that I first dealt with were no longer with the company. Very sus. I was told to reach out to Berlinda, who handles the title department. I called and was transferred to her voice mail. My question was very simple. And yet, she didn't bother ever calling me back. Also, they never submitted my paperwork to BlueLink or MyHyundai. And customer car care for MyHyundai took 23 days to respond to my email asking why my car wasn't registered to my MyHyundai account/app. And when they did, they wanted my DL, insurance card, and proof of sale, which all should have been provided to them by AutoNation at time of lease. This place is shady. Buy somewhere else. More
I was pretty impressed with how quickly I was able to drop my car off for service. Larry was not only helpful but very knowledgeable and did a fantastic job of taking note of my car’s issues as well as k drop my car off for service.
