Surprised and happy Excellent, I am doubtful of dealerships. But they took car in and got her fixed in very quick expedited manner. I had to get rid of my current car because it was my husbands' and he had recently passed away. The car was a reminder of this terrible day. I called before coming in and told Kimber Smythe exactly what the situation was and what I needed from them. I was in the process of leaving the Nissan dealership up the street because they were not giving me what I needed. Kimber assured me that they would take care of me and they did. I went in telling her I was a difficult customer because I had so many demands, but the whole sales team made it work. Thank you!! More

Unsatisfied customer I have recieved multiple requests from my salesman to write a review. So here it is! David Matsushima was my salesman. He was sweet when I was there I have recieved multiple requests from my salesman to write a review. So here it is! David Matsushima was my salesman. He was sweet when I was there but practically refused to show me other cars when I asked if there was anything similar to the one I drove. Even with that red flag, I still opted to purchase the car. After bringing the car home, I had noticed that there was residual tape all over the car (inside the windsheild and on the passenger and driver doors) and upon further inspection, I had noticed a small chip in the hood. I had reached out about this and was told to bring it in the next day. So I did. I was told at that point that it was too deep to buff out and I would need to reach out to the dealership to schedule a time to come in when the detailer was there so he could sand down that part of the hood and repaint it since it was so deep. So after a lot of fuss, and speaking with the manager as well, I scheduled to bring my car in on the day before thanksgiving. About 20 minutes after getting there the detailer said he doesn't do what they said he does. He would not be able to sand down that part of the hood. All he would be able to do was to touch it up with more paint. I was livid. Not at the detailer, but the 3 people (one of whom was a manager) that told me he would fix it. The detailer mentioned to me that David had called out of work (convenient if you ask me) and that he would be back on Friday. So I sent him an email and waited for a response. His response to me was that he didn't lie to me about the detailer going to fix the issue (lie!) And that at this point in time, even though they said they were going to fix it, that they are now taking that back and leaving it up to me to pay for to have fixed. All in all, this place is a joke. I would never recommend anyone going here at all! They are extremely rude and will blatenly lie to you to get you off your back. In response to the response below: the issue was brought to the attention of the salesman the morning after I brought the car in. And if the issue was resolved and fixed, why is the scratch still there? I can send you pictures if you would like. Please get your information correct before falsely claiming otherwise. Thank you.
