Sales staff awesome It was an okay experience. Could have been better the place smelled like cigarette smoke because customers and the GM were smoking right outside with It was an okay experience. And I'm sure it's not even aloud if someone with knowledge on DORA knows anything please file a complaint ASAP. The GM Chucky or whatever from the south (he was sure to make a big deal about it) was rude and inconsiderate of my needs, all he wanted was to upcharge a car for some products that are not even on the car! Even the sales guy tony or whatever said that the products are not on the cars nor will they even put it on. It's just a way the higher ups get more money in their pockets. I am so glad I walked away when I did, I had to tell them I have to use the bathroom then run out the service side so chucky the GM did not try anymore of his snakey old school sales tactics! I just feel so incredible bad for the people working under this chucky clampit the GM, if he goes then that store will go places. I see that this page protects the store unless you give good stars, but trust me by no means is this place worth 1/1,000,000,000 of a star! And I would never recommend this dealership, I only marked it so others can see the way the GM is before he tries to erase it! More

Let your customers buy the way they want to buy I knew the car I wanted based on my online research. I paid cash for the vehicle, so was disappointed that the purchase took as long as it did. This isn't necessarily a problem with this particular dealership, but with the car buying process in general. I had notified the dealership early that morning that I would be in after work to purchase a specific vehicle that was on their lot and provided the VIN. When I showed up at 7:00 PM to make the purchase, the car hadn't been washed or detailed - still had the plastic wrap on most of the inside. Needless to say, I took the car without a wash and without being detailed and it wasn't that big a deal, but really? They had all day to make the car ready and it would have made the transaction a very positive one. Missed opportunity. David Matsushima on Internet Sales was awesome - friendly and knowledgeable, easy to work with. I'll definitely give him a call when I purchase my next vehicle. More

Make Sure You Double Check! I recently purchased a 2017 Tucson. I specifically wanted a vehicle in which I could use Apple CarPlay and the Eco feature. I told the sales associate I recently purchased a 2017 Tucson. I specifically wanted a vehicle in which I could use Apple CarPlay and the Eco feature. I told the sales associate, that these were important features, she assured me that they came equipped (or that CarPlay could be downloaded if it wasn't already installed). However, I didn't think to check before I left the dealership, taking her word that the features were available. I emailed her a day or two later to say CarPlay wasn't installed and asked how I could download it. She sent me a few links, but the 2017 Tucson wasn't listed as being compatible with CarPlay and the "Downloads" wasn't available on the MyHyundai page. Thinking it might be a mistake I emailed the associate again on December 19th. It's now January 3rd and I still haven't received a reply from her. My guess is that she asked someone and found out that CarPlay was NOT compatible with the 2017 Tucson, but was too embarrassed to email me back. If I had the correct information at the time of purchase, I would have selected a different model of Tucson or maybe even a Santa Fe. Unfortunately, by the time I realized the feature was missing (and that the Eco feature she said was installed was also not there), it was too late to return the car. I understand that people make mistakes. I'm guessing the associate may have been new and didn't know all the different features of each vehicle. However, my expectation is that if she's not 100% sure about something, that she ask before assuring the customer (me) that features are available when they really aren't. I also find it unacceptable for her not to have responded to my last email, even if just to apologize for the mistake. I don't need to hear back from her on this issue, it's really too late for an apology at this point because now I am annoyed, in addition to being disappointed and there's nothing she'll be able to say that will change the situation. I just hope that she receives (or has already received) further training so this isn't repeated for other customers. She also needs to be sure to respond to customers in a timely manner, even if she is delivering bad news. In my almost 15 years of owning a Hyundai, this is my second less than optimal buying/leasing experience at the Autonation Dealership on 104th and Huron. While I will continue using the Service Department at the Autonation because of its convenience to where I live/work, when my lease is up and I'm ready to purchase a new car, I will choose a different Hyundai dealership. More
