I bought two vans from this dealership and against advice have continued to have my van serviced in the service department. The main reason is due to my great service rep., Rocky. This is the first time I had such a horrible experience, I've been going to this dealership since the 90's when I bought my first car through them. I had a recall matter and when I called to set up my appt I've been going to this dealership since the 90's when I bought my first car through them. I had a recall matter and when I called to set up my appt they told me the problem was one thing, a week later they told me it was other things. The young gentleman and the manager were nice. I was told the car would be in the shop for 4-5 hrs. I asked to be dropped home and as I stepped in my home the honda dealership called to say that I've already had these 4 things fixed which I don't recall so I can come back for my car. The driver was called supposedly 2 but no one came back for me until an hour later after standing in the scorching sun for an hour. When I got back to the dealership, I asked if I could speak to a manager, and it was the manager i was talking to before and I voiced my frustration with him about this back and forth and taking off of my job he stated there's nothing he could do and started to get a bit loud with me. I was a bit frustrated but didn't want a scene so I told him I'm going to contact their headquarters and speak to someone else. More

I felt I was wrongly treated by the service rep. I was promised a ride home and hours later it never happened.
