I met an agent by the name of Daniel Previlon, who turned out to be one of the caring and friendly persons i have encountered in years. To summarize my experience: He listened to what i wanted instead of trying to sell me what they wanted: He offered options instead of pushing packages I did not need…The overall process tool me less than hours.
