I bought a Honda CR-V 2019 at AutoNation Hollywood and after 2 weeks there’s a message on the dash that reads « emissions system problem ». I took it the same day to the dealer and they told me I have to after 2 weeks there’s a message on the dash that reads « emissions system problem ». I took it the same day to the dealer and they told me I have to pay over $800 to fix it. Mind you, I spent all my money to buy the car. They did not want to exchange the car and they insisted that I pay out of pocket to fix it. I called customer service at corporate and they told me they will have the general manager contact me but haven’t received any call from anyone. Hopefully they exchange the car because I don’t trust the car anymore. Otherwise, they will be all over the news because it’s not fair. They had no patience at all. More
