I recommend taking your vehicle to another location for service. My vehicle was dropped off for repairs and damaged while in the shop. They kept my vehicle for almost 2 months. Upon picking up my vehicl service. My vehicle was dropped off for repairs and damaged while in the shop. They kept my vehicle for almost 2 months. Upon picking up my vehicle I noticed interior damage and deep scratches on the roof. Autonation accepted responsibility for the exterior damages and repainted my roof. However they refuse to repair my interior damages and blamed damage on wear and tear which is incorrect. John Avino immediately denied my claim, not accepting accountability for his staff/ vendors. He requested photo as proof and when I sent it, he still denied it not accepting accountability and refuse to assist. I wonder if this is standard practice at your AutoNation’s Collision Center or is this the usual feedback they receive from customers. I find what happened to be unacceptable at all scales. Autonation clearly doesn’t care about their customer satisfaction and shows no interest in finding a satisfactory solution to customers concerns. More

Customer service was excellent. A bit bothered when the mechanic informed the service rep that my vehicle did not come with a power liftgate that could be open by my foot.
