I had a tire blowout on the highway 2 weeks after getting my car back from a collision center after an accident. The Hollywood Honda service department was able to get me back up and running same day, but wh my car back from a collision center after an accident. She helped me assess my car, explained everything in an easy to understand manner, detail out costs and benefits of said costs, and she even came to personally pick me up from over 30 miles away to help me avoid yet another crazy expensive lyft (I already had 2: one to get to work, one to get back to my car for a tow). She is personable, professional, gets stuff done. She is an invaluable asset to the dealership. You can't put a price on that level of service and the advocacy/loyalty that she built from me as a customer is 100%. If she's not in a management position, she should be. If she wants it, that is... but I somehow suspect she prefers to spend most of her time with customers. That's where she shines - Honda would benefit from having her knowledge transfer to others what it means to provide exceptional service. More
