Bait and switch went in there ready to buy a car. Was ready to sign thank god I asked for the price. I received four calls I even confirmed that the price will be 634 zero down for a 2023 Honda pilot Was ready to sign thank god I asked for the price. I received four calls I even confirmed that the price will be 634 zero down for a 2023 Honda pilot exl and the rep told me yes before heading to dealership with plates and registration ready.He even said he spoke manager and he could do it.I get there he shakes my hand acts like we had deal never gives me a paper showing the 634 zero down just gives me credit application I’m so excited I’m ready to sign thinking that he going to honor the promise they ended up switching it on me 687 zero down. MSRP for that car is 44,000 they wanted me to pay 49,608 for that car if I wouldn’t have asked the rep the price I would done credit application and would got credit pull Also told me to do credit application online before getting there so we could get done fast thank god I didn’t but wow what horrible experience. You treated me horribly. I asked to speak to Manager and he came in with a huge attitude and said the rep didn’t give me the right number and he not gonna honor take it or leave it. I said okay I’ll leave it he walked away from me and told okay bye papo. This is prime example of bait switch calling you saying something and getting you do credit application to screw you over so that dealership could win. Please be careful with dealership who treat consumers that way there abusing people to make more and strong arming people to have to buy a car with them they can’t be trusted. They use a lot tactics and misleading info to get you buy a car from them. Be careful alot these dealerships are really taking advantage of people. More
