Customer service could be a little better. ..like really listen to what you are saying. For example, I specified I wanted a tow package added to my vehicle but was miscommunicated to having to ..like really listen to what you are saying. For example, I specified I wanted a tow package added to my vehicle but was miscommunicated to having tow service should I breakdown (which I really don't need because I have AAA). So now, I have to pay extra to have the tow package installed and driving 35 minutes each way (depending on traffic) and wait for 3 hours to have this done. That is my only complaint. More
