I bought a pre-owned vehicle from AutoNation Hollywood a few months ago. I was at the dealership from 11:30am-6:00pm. I was sold a vehicle that was not in certified pre-owned condition. The day I drove it o few months ago. I was at the dealership from 11:30am-6:00pm. I was sold a vehicle that was not in certified pre-owned condition. The day I drove it off the lot, I had to turn around and take it back because it was vibrating so badly. They ended up keeping it to repair a fuel hose. I brought the vehicle back to AutoNation Hollywood because the vehicle still has a vibration. I was told it was the shocks and struts. When I asked them if I could bring it in to have it repaired I was told that the warranty I have through the dealership would not cover the necessary repairs. I tried calling the dealership several times to talk with a manager, but was always told they are in a meeting or not present. This dealership is shady and dishonest. I'm so frustrated and disappointed. I would seriously re-consider buying a vehicle from AutoNation Hollywood. They don't care about their customers, they only care about their bottom line. Shame on you AutoNation Hollywood. More
