Honda was nowhere near on our car purchase list. We were originally going to purchase 2 Subarus- since we were loyal Subaru drivers for a number of years. Unfortunately we had a very disappointing experience at their dealership- that we (my husband and I ) no longer wanted to continue to be Subaru drivers - that's how bad it was. And this was the same dealership we had gone to a number of times. Anyhow- so we went back to the drawing board- my husband decided to wait a little longer on his car purchase while I decided to proceed on getting a new car. I decided to go hybrid- and doing your homework you see that Toyota and Honda rate very well on the best of lists (for the record we were not going to do KIA or Hyundai). So we went to Toyota first.....their lease numbers weren't matching ours...either way we made a reservation on a Toyota Rav4 Hybrid XSE - it would come in a week. In the meantime we decided what the heck lets visit Honda and see what they have. Their sales person Mark Scott worked with us and was direct and listened to what we were looking for. No pressure, no cockiness, no down talking on us. He immediately offered the numbers that we were interested in - aside from that their CRV-Hybrid was beautiful, cool and we knew this would be my car. We were sold. Claudia, their finance manager was EXCELLENT company while she filled out our paperwork. Never in my dreams did I think Id become a Honda driver- but I know many of us like to be appreciated as a customer, treated respectfully as a customer and not be taken for a ride. Honda won us with quality, attention and detail. Thank you for making our car experience special. Buying a car is a big decision, this is one of the very few times you get to flex your credit score and it can be intimidating- but you guys are confident in your brand and you made us confident as consumers. gracias! Matthew was extremely professional informative polite good experience all the way round. The dealership was clean staff was very engaging. Your team in service seems very well prepared. The diagnostic charge was in my mind way to high. It cost $233 for a test to check my windshield fluid not being pumped. That said i would not take my vehicle anywhere else. More
