they swapped my auto part when i went for an auto diagnosis My car was having some issues so i took it to the service department. Now prior to this i was working on the distributor and i took pictures of it als My car was having some issues so i took it to the service department. After i had dropped it off y later i picked it up i realized that they had swapped the part for another broken one and suggested that i had to buy another one for $500. I can easily recognize ot was my vehicles part because of the multiple pictures i had taken. Then all the employees and managers acted like they didnt know what to do or how to handle the issue. We got to the dealer 15 minutes after we had called and when we got there Ernie comes with another sales man to tell us "the car was just sold but I have other ones you will like" we also said we couldn't help us personally because he was taking care of another costumer but the other sales man would show us the cars and helps us. I was very upset at this point because I knew he was lying. They showed us this old really overprized Honda 2010 60k miles for $16K so not worth it. Don't waste your time going there. More

My visit to autonation honda in Hollywood, F.L was horrible. First of all, I live in Kissimmee, F.L wanting to buy a car from there but was not willing to travel 4 hours unless it was a good deal, so horrible. Next thing I knew when I got there the deal was off of the table. I was so angry I stormed out of there. My suggestion is if you got a great deal on the phone, please make sure you have it in writing, but that was a horrible thing he done. I will never go back there ever again. Unfortunately, I gave this dealer high reviews at the time of my car purchase. It was a very bad experience. A family member of mine made a deal with this gentlemen with regard to my car. I purchased a time of my car purchase. It was a very bad experience. A family member of mine made a deal with this gentlemen with regard to my car. I purchased a 2013 Honda accord ( which I'm having computer glitches with) that should've included navigation and home accessory (access for a garage). The deal also included a lower price than what I purchased it for and the monthly payments were supposed to be lower that what I'm paying for at this time. This deal was via phone and all I had to do was show up at the dealership, work out the numbers, and sign. He gave me a " rate the dealer" form before the entire deal was through. After working out the numbers, I really didn't get a deal, I paid msrp. But that wasn't what I was furious about. Somehow, my monthly bill was exceeding the amount that we TOLD roderick it needed to be at. By that time, I was already at the dealership, signed some documents, and basically I was already a Honda owner. It was the BIGGEST waste of my time (thanks Roderick) I should've gone to another dealership but I was already there for hours and I was over it. I drive out of there exhausted. As I drove in my parkway, I had realized, I was given a 2013 Honda WITHOUT navigation and ( home accessory) garage access. I called him and he said " the monthly payments will increase." Was he kidding? I ended up keeping the car bc I refuse to deal with him or anything he's affiliated with. Bottom line: he's a shark like the majority of the salespeople and our deal was not the same deal we had via phone. I would've never agreed to the deal I have now if this was what he proposed in the first place. More
