A rip off and not concerned about safety of customer About 2 weeks ago I had an appointment to replace my Battery Management Sensor on 2015 Homda accord as it is a recall. As soon as I got there and my service rep looked under he hood he noticed that my wires to the connector were all broken and immediately asked me in a forceful tone - HOW DID THE WIRES GET BROKEN- WE DID NOT BREAK THEM AND YOU HAVE VOIDED YOUR RECALL WARRANTY....I immediately asked for a different service advisor becuase it's 7:00 in the morning and I was not in the mood for that aggressive attitude. Long story short I had no A/C nor windshield wipers working due to my broken wires. The new service advisor agreed to take the car back so a mechanic could look at it. I felt that a least the recall part should be replaced even they are unable to repair the broken wires. About 1-hour later I get a call at work from the service advisor and the first question asked was if I had a warranty on the vehicle. I explained to him that I did so he wanted to start up a claim as he states I would need the complete engine harness replaced. The car was inspected and as I figured the warranty company denied the claim stating I don't have a mechanical breakdown I have broken wires. Well AUTO NATIONS HONDA HOLLYWOOD quoted me a price of $2600.00 to replace the entire engine harness as they state they cannot and will not fix he broken wires on the connector. They even tried to get me to sign up for financing of the repairs. Also they denied replacing the part that was actually on recall......I took my vehicle to HOLMAN HONDA who was kind enough to replace the BMS that was on recall due to a safety issue. I commend them for that, They were not able to do anything with the broken wires also but they did honor the recall. I did not give up as i located a company in Chicago, ILL that sells the connectors with 8 inches of wire. I ordered the connector and my mechanic soldered it to my broken wires and now my AC is working again and my winshield wipers are working. TOTAL PAID FOR PART AND LABOR $160.00- HONDA WANTED $2600.00----- i hope you consumers understand my message -[ never give up and search around and I am deeply disturbed with Auto Nations Honda as they are only after money and not one time was my safety a concern, Will never go there again...Will get all my service from Holman hOMDA. WORST EXPERIENCE - ZERO customer service same old games. they backed out on the delivery day and delayed the whole process. i called them all day asking for an update but their sales person ' same old games. they backed out on the delivery day and delayed the whole process. i called them all day asking for an update but their sales person 'Nick' just kept delaying. Once the payment is done, autonation doesn't give a s**t to their customers. Highly disappointed with the service even before the car gets delivered to my door. Finance manager is pathetic. she "FORGOT" to collect and photocopy the docs and said they are NOT required. next day 'NICK' is asking for bank statements, SSN and all sorts of docs via text message. these guys are just trying to loot you. very unpleasant experience. manager never pick up call - 'Vlad' and 'Trevor'. after delivering the car, they did not give license plate or any document. so i am unable to drive the car even when it is delivered to me. pathetic people would never recommend to go to this dealer unless you like to take high risks. I went to repair my Civic for a concern that was still under warranty and after 3 weeks my advisor Tameka Long was unable to give me real information about the part they expected to replace. Yes, it is true they gave me a vehicle while mine was repaired ... but that was not a favor is my right ... I finally decided today after three weeks to come personally to ask about my vehicle. surprise! ready! and nobody informed me! Was I supposed to guess? My point is the lack of customer service and professionalism of this lady. I definitely do NOT recommend Auto Nation hollywood and personally I WON’T return More
Took too long Took over 20 minutes just to tell me that they only had one set of tires for my vehicle. Transfered me back and forth from service to parts. If I could give negative stars I would. I have now been to this Honda dealership a few times and each time I’ve been has been worse than the last. 1. I went to get my Odyssey servic I have now been to this Honda dealership a few times and each time I’ve been has been worse than the last. 1. I went to get my Odyssey serviced for a concern that was still under warranty and the “Lead tech” told me that I can diagnose it on my own at home because he didn’t have time for it. 2. I then went in to see if they could buy my van back and they wasted my time instead of giving me any info over the phone. 3. The last time I had an experience with this dealership I called to see if they could take me home, only 3 miles away, after I turned in my lease and they told me that I would have to be in service or spending money and they were too busy to help me out. Needless to say, I not only won’t be visiting this dealership ever again, I won’t be buying from an Autonation, nor will I be buying or leasing a Honda due to this horrific lack of customer service. I would not even send my worst enemy here. I will keep my business with Lexus and Toyota where they know how to treat people. More
Very poor reception followed by a sloppy service; I took my car for service. After an extremely long wait the Service department was recommending a couple of items which I declined. Later the was "was I took my car for service. After an extremely long wait the Service department was recommending a couple of items which I declined. Later the was "washed" and returned to me with a service bill of over $200.00. This was paid. I left the center. Two days after I discovered that the car was leaking oil. Needless I was very disturbed. I quickly had a Mechanic close by my home inspected the car only to find that the "cap" for the engine oil was NOT CLOSED PROPERLY and hence the oil was escaping. Additionally the Hydraulic fluid was very low and should have been corrected during the servicing. I was particularly dissatisfied with the service as I have had fairly positive experiences in the past and having purchase the Honda from this very dealership. Service reps invariable always ask if my experience was positive as it was then their desire to ensure that ALL their customers were completely satisfied with the level of service rendered. Evidently this no longer apply and this is one client who would "Never recommend this dealership nor would I ever return to them for a service appointment."! Its interesting that I tried to convey my disappointment by a text message as well as asking for their usual evaluation form but I am yet to hear from them. Not that it matters anymore but for a company that gave so much focus in the past to quality service its an absolute failure. Such a pity that the original owner is deceased as I am of the view that there has a major breakdown in operations since his passing. More

My car was serviced fast and very reasonably priced. I'd like to thank Mr.Raphael Williams, Mr.Trevor Lindsay and Mr.Carl Vanderwarker for their excellence in customer care and in addressing my car care needs and assisting me in the purchase of a new car which I'm very happy with. The total experience was fantastic, absolutely no pressure and I would recommend AutoNation Honda in Hollywood, FL for their overall wonderful customer service to anyone especially those women shopping by themselves for auto care and/or purchasing a new car. I am a single mother and was nervous walking in but as soon as I met Mr.Williams who was my salesman and ever so patiently explained me everything from beginning to end as well as Mr.Vanderwarker who was very instrumental in helping me understand the car financing world I was at ease and happy to have chosen AutoNation Honda for my new car. I lease my car, and in the past I was satisfied with my experience. The last time I was there, I was told I would be able to lease a newer model car. This was totally untrue. Not only did they not have a car, they lied about it. Also, the salesman named Vlad, insisted that to make this deal, I would have to pay a substantial amount more. After 4 hours, I left. I cannot recall a worse experience at a car dealership. I have had a bad experience with their service department. I had a nail in my tire. I took three visits and much time to get it fixed. I felt that I had been dropped in on an episode of the "Three Stooges". More
One thing after another It's seriously been one thing after another with this place! I bought my car in November 2018 and had various issues with the entire buying experience It's seriously been one thing after another with this place! I bought my car in November 2018 and had various issues with the entire buying experience. They did their best to make things "right" so I will not discuss the 4 other issues I've had, in order to maintain my integrity when apparently they do not have it. The purpose of this post is to explain that after 2 months, I am STILL am dealing with issues from this purchase. I received my registration for my new vehicle in the mail yesterday. Low and behold, it has the WRONG license plate number on it. I gave the salesman (Elias) my license plate on the day I finally received my vehicle and asked him to make sure it had the correct license plate (I had two cars, so I wanted to make sure they used the correct plate as the other car was a lease and was heading back) The salesman even put the correct license plate on the car himself. Maybe it's my fault that I didn't ask to see the registration paperwork before driving off of the lot. So of course when I saw the wrong license plate number on the registration, I wasn't and still not very happy. I called and all they have told me is that they have a copy of the license plate (the wrong one) so they then transferred me to the woman (Odama) in charge of finance and she listened and then asked to call me back after she does some research. I have been ILLEGALLY driving my new car for the last 2 months due to their carelessness and additionally, I am wasting even more time trying to get everything legal now. I'm not saying don't buy a vehicle here, but I am saying if you are risky enough to do, double and triple check their work throughout the process. I will post an update as to whether or not this issue has been resolved by them or if I have to go to the DMV and do it myself. UPDATE: I had to call back 5 hours later as Odama did not return the phone call as promised earlier that day. I ended up leaving a voicemail and she then returned the call when I was unable to answer. Regardless she is blaming me for the incorrect tag being registered. Saying that her , Elias (the absolute worst salesman I have ever worked with and a Eddie Velez) said that the tag that was registered was the tag that was on the vehicle that I turned in (funny bc I did not turn my vehicle that I was driving at the time until a week after I received my new car) the plate I gave them was the one I asked to have registered. I'm frankly fed up at this point. They have told me to go to the DMV MYSELF to have the correct tag registered which IS THE TAG THEY PUT ON MY CAR BEFORE LEAVING THE LOT. They should rewind their cameras to that day and they will see their incompetent Elias screw the plate on my vehicle! Please please please do yourself a favor and triple check their work. I know I will NEVER be back there to purchase a vehicle ever again. Second UPDATE: I went to the DMV who told me to go to the tax collector who then told me that I needed a letter from the dealership explaining that the tag needed to be changed. I then called Odama back and she then said that they would be able to give me a new plate but I wouldn’t be able to keep the one I have. So even though I’m still not happy with the result I drove to the dealership to finally settle this. Once I got to the dealership I Odama comes out of the elevator and says that the plate would be here Monday morning. I asked her “why was I asked to drive here then” and she said that “she thought I would be able to have the plate today,” so I then asked her, “am I supposed to continue driving illegally until Monday?” She then left to see if she could get me a temporary tag until then.
