I lease my car, and in the past I was satisfied with my experience. The last time I was there, I was told I would be able to lease a newer model car. This was totally untrue. Not only did they not have a car, they lied about it. Also, the salesman named Vlad, insisted that to make this deal, I would have to pay a substantial amount more. After 4 hours, I left. I cannot recall a worse experience at a car dealership. I have had a bad experience with their service department. I had a nail in my tire. I took three visits and much time to get it fixed. I felt that I had been dropped in on an episode of the "Three Stooges". More

I bought my car in November 2018 and had various issues with the entire buying experience. They did their best to make things "right" so I will not discuss the 4 other issues I've had, in order to maintain my integrity when apparently they do not have it. The purpose of this post is to explain that after 2 months, I am STILL am dealing with issues from this purchase. I received my registration for my new vehicle in the mail yesterday. Low and behold, it has the WRONG license plate number on it. I gave the salesman (Elias) my license plate on the day I finally received my vehicle and asked him to make sure it had the correct license plate (I had two cars, so I wanted to make sure they used the correct plate as the other car was a lease and was heading back) The salesman even put the correct license plate on the car himself. Maybe it's my fault that I didn't ask to see the registration paperwork before driving off of the lot. So of course when I saw the wrong license plate number on the registration, I wasn't and still not very happy. I called and all they have told me is that they have a copy of the license plate (the wrong one) so they then transferred me to the woman (Odama) in charge of finance and she listened and then asked to call me back after she does some research. I have been ILLEGALLY driving my new car for the last 2 months due to their carelessness and additionally, I am wasting even more time trying to get everything legal now. I'm not saying don't buy a vehicle here, but I am saying if you are risky enough to do, double and triple check their work throughout the process. I will post an update as to whether or not this issue has been resolved by them or if I have to go to the DMV and do it myself. UPDATE: I had to call back 5 hours later as Odama did not return the phone call as promised earlier that day. I ended up leaving a voicemail and she then returned the call when I was unable to answer. Regardless she is blaming me for the incorrect tag being registered. Saying that her , Elias (the absolute worst salesman I have ever worked with and a Eddie Velez) said that the tag that was registered was the tag that was on the vehicle that I turned in (funny bc I did not turn my vehicle that I was driving at the time until a week after I received my new car) the plate I gave them was the one I asked to have registered. I'm frankly fed up at this point. They have told me to go to the DMV MYSELF to have the correct tag registered which IS THE TAG THEY PUT ON MY CAR BEFORE LEAVING THE LOT. They should rewind their cameras to that day and they will see their incompetent Elias screw the plate on my vehicle! Please please please do yourself a favor and triple check their work. I know I will NEVER be back there to purchase a vehicle ever again. Second UPDATE: I went to the DMV who told me to go to the tax collector who then told me that I needed a letter from the dealership explaining that the tag needed to be changed. I then called Odama back and she then said that they would be able to give me a new plate but I wouldn’t be able to keep the one I have. So even though I’m still not happy with the result I drove to the dealership to finally settle this. Once I got to the dealership I Odama comes out of the elevator and says that the plate would be here Monday morning. I asked her “why was I asked to drive here then” and she said that “she thought I would be able to have the plate today,” so I then asked her, “am I supposed to continue driving illegally until Monday?” She then left to see if she could get me a temporary tag until then. I asked the women Damaris aproxamatly how long it would be she said about 1 hours so I’d mentioned I would leave and come back. When I told her this she said how since I was leaving they would do a complimentary car wash. I figured an hour plus the carewash give for or take 1 and a half to 2 hours everything should have been completed. When I got back an hour later I looked through the window inside the facility to notice my car just being operated on for the first time. Which means that even though I was the first appointment the company offerd my car was neglected for an hour probably because I told the women I would be leaving. About 15 minuets upon returning I got a call that the mechanic had a few recommendations. Even though my car was less then a year old it required 2 new filters and an alignment. The went 1 step further and charged me the above markup price for the filters, to be precise it was $54 for the cabin filter and $46 for the engine filter. My car is less then a year old they should not even have asked for the latter 3 to be included with a basic inspection and oil change. All in all it took 2 hours a 40 minuets altogether and I never got that free car wash. What a joke, will never recommend to anyone More

I bought the ripest lemon on the lot which I am now stuck with for at least 2 years until I can trade it back in. This is the second Honda that I have owned and for sure will be the last. This was my first visit to Auto nation and will for sure be my last. More

We had a situation where we received a defective tire when we took our car in for routine oil change/ tire rotation . They gave us a older defective tire ( on a 2017 Honda Accord ). Unfortunately we never inspected the tires while at the dealer , thinking they would honestly do their job . 3 months later .As it turned out the tire had a slight leak, causing the tire pressure indicator to go on . After , we drove to the tire shop and was told the tire was. It good . How can this be , when the car is one Year old with normal driving habits ? The tire was never flat to the point where anything was rubbing, yet the tire manufacturer information erased completely. They accidentally, I assumed gave us a wrong used tire . We went to the dealer to complain, but it fell on deaf ears. They told us the tire was flat , which was not the truth . We had to purchase new tires . Again. Watch everything they do to your vehicle. P.s about 6months after purchasing my 2017 Honda Accord my battery died after they inspected my car and told me the battery was good. They did replace the battery, I guess they couldn't reason out of that! More
Wasn’t going to buy My husband and I were not going to buy a car, we were just looking. Or so we thought. We were interested in looking at Toyota and Kia on the same day. My husband and I were not going to buy a car, we were just looking. Or so we thought. We were interested in looking at Toyota and Kia on the same day. We did extensive research with Consumers Report and other online sights. We went to Honda first as they were the closet to our home and thought we would continue to Toyota and Kia afterwards. We never left Honda. Our salesman Mark Scott was fantastic to work with. He sat with us going over various options and cars. I was interested in the CRV, but decided we wanted something not as utilitarian. Looked at the Honda Civic sport, but it was to small. Then saw the Honda Accord. We were looking for leather interior, V6 and moonroof and Mark showed us a 2017. After test driving it and feeling the power we were sold. We have been driving a 2002 Camero, t tops, red with beige interior and like the commercial “Iloved that car”. but after all these years it was costing us to much money. Now we have a great car, everything we wanted and more. We are still discovering new things on it. We feel safer and more secure. My husband and I feel we got a very fair deal, no pressure and I would highly recommend this dealership and all their employees to anyone wanting to buy a great car. More

In order for us to get a lower rate of 2.8 interest we had to buy an extended warranty he which to me is a scam. We had no choice to buy extended warranty he in order to get the lower payments. When I got home I realize that I left a pair of Ray-Ban's which I use for work in the car which I turned in I emailed my salesman which he responded that he would look into finding my sunglasses as soon as he got in to the dealership. Apparently somebody had gone into the car and stolen my sunglasses I tried reaching out to the sales manager which they did not answer me regarding the theft of my glasses. Ultimately the GM made a decision that they are not responsible for anything left in the car but instead of them having the courtesy of calling me and letting me know I have to call the dealership and speak to the salesman and self to which my response was they are never going to see me ever again in this dealership because if I go and bring my car in for service and leave something inside they're not responsible if somebody steals it the worst service I've seen in a dealership before. Short history: I have to say that I am very satisfied with the salesman: Alex and Michael, but because of the finances guy Jeremy I wouldn’t recommend this dealer to any of my relatives. This guy, called Jeremy, was like a lion, like a beast ready to kill his prey. He started the business with an impulsive and strong character. He tried to obligate us to buy the warranty, gap, and maintenance that he was proposing. Awful experience with him. Again: nice salesperson but horrible financial service. More
