Winston was extremely helpful & efficient in helping me get my first car and always kept me in the loop with updates. and it was a great experience. He was also able to help me reserve and bring in in a brand new Honda Civic LX which is a hard task to do in the current market of new cars. The manager Patrick and Finance manager (can't remember his name) was also very friendly, thorough, detailed, and transparent through out the entire process. Waited just about two hours before I went to the service desk to ask about the diagnostic on my AC. Was told rudely that the Gm called a meeting and there was nothing she could do about it I would just have to wait. I said I wanted to speak to someone and was told in a nasty tone that I told you there is nothing I can do you will just have to wait. I am disappointed that a plan was not in place to while this meeting was held to follow up with customers. After two hours I found out there was no problem they could find and they recharged the AC with a dye. Jean Cilien Was friendly and polite however an apology for the wait would have been fine. A customer service refresher needs to be reviewed with your service desk! More
