Misleading and Unprofessional – They Backed Out After Committing I had a frustrating experience with AutoNation Hollywood Honda. I called to ask about a car and was told they couldn't sell it without Committing I had a frustrating experience with AutoNation Hollywood Honda. I called to ask about a car and was told they couldn't sell it without a market adjustment. Less than two minutes later, I got a call back saying they could do MSRP and just needed my license and credit application. I submitted everything promptly and was told they’d follow up with payment terms. Instead, the next afternoon, I got a call saying they could no longer honor the price unless I paid a market adjustment. Let’s be clear: it’s not that they couldn’t do it—they didn’t want to. That’s a huge difference. They had already committed to a price and ran my credit. Backing out after that is not just unprofessional—it’s deceptive. This kind of bait-and-switch tactic wastes time and erodes trust. If you’re considering this dealership, be extremely cautious and get everything in writing. I won’t be doing business with AutoNation Hollywood Honda again. More

Lucky was Our salesman and I am terrible with names but Luckys Boss is who helped us with the deal and explained everything and worked with us to get us the Best deal on our brand new 2026 HRV. Finally we got to the Finance manger who talked to us like we were friends. Made everything so easy and convenient. And helped us every step of the way. We wouldn't go anywhere else.
