I give the hugest rating to Rocky (Finbar) for helping me, when no one else did. I've been trying to have my car fixed due to a recall. Called multiple times since November to the service and parts depar me, when no one else did. I've been trying to have my car fixed due to a recall. Called multiple times since November to the service and parts departments. The responses received ranged from "call in a month because we don't have the part" to "I don't see a recall for your car". Or left me on hold for a long time. I decided to go in person, looking to talk to the general manager. Rocky de-escalated the situation, had my car fixed, and was very professional, as always. More
