I went to this facility for a 100K service on a Honda Fit. They charged me $5000 for it. Mercedes doesn’t even charge that much for their luxury cars. I was WAY overcharged. They gave me a $300 discout b Fit. They charged me $5000 for it. Mercedes doesn’t even charge that much for their luxury cars. I was WAY overcharged. They gave me a $300 discout but it was still overpriced. They essentially charged me twice the labor to take apart things that were already taken apart. Because I didn’t feel right about it I spoke to FOUR other ASC-certified techs and had them look at the invoice. They ALL agreed that the price was outrageous and explained the gouging to me. I didn’t know any better so I got got but you don’t have to. The price-gouging there is ridiculous. I cannot recommend them and I’ll make sure to tell EVERYONE I know not to go there. When I complained and told them about my research they swore they were competitive with everyone else in the area. They offered me an oil change. Wild horses couldn’t drag me back into that dealership. As a matter of fact, I don’t think my next car will be a Honda, either. They literally took advantage of me with a smile on their face. You’d do better to go ANYWHERE but here. NEVER AGAIN. More

I came yesterday just to have the car check if there is an immediate work to be done and Andy was giving me a face and giving me an attitude that I felt i was just wasting his time and didn't give any explanations at all and just brush me off.
