The service is pretty good, Saturday waiting is long but that says a lot of how customers want to come to this dealer.

My overall experience was good in buying the car. Except getting ahold of people and the service department returning my call. The sales department was also impossible to connect to my sales person and have called many unsuccessful times with no answer or call back. Was told by dealer could take my car to any Honda dealer for service and went to Hayward Honda who told me not interested in service my car and go back to wear it was purchased Fremont. Not a good policy.
