The service advisor Daniel was quite rude. I had to wait for 25 min before being served. Upon showing an issue about the rubber gasket around the vehicle, the service advisor started to doubt I had to wait for 25 min before being served. Upon showing an issue about the rubber gasket around the vehicle, the service advisor started to doubt if I had done this damage on purpose. I felt he is trying to stop me complaining about this. He says he ran out of time and then never even offered for a follow up appointment. Everyone has overload but people interacting with customers should be more patient to listen.
