Fremont Hondas auto service department is trash. I showed up for a 9:20 AM appointment for oil change on my 2023 Honda pilot. I waited for over 30 minutes before I had to go get a person to help me. I waited for over 30 minutes before I had to go get a person to help me. after finally getting a person to help me I didn’t had to sit and wait for four hours only to find out that they haven’t even started doing anything to my car. so I’ve wasted four hours. I did not receive service and I missed other appointments that I had planned for the day.. I will never ever go buy a car from them. I will never ever take my car over there for anything and I recommend the other people do so also they are trash. I wasn’t even offered to be compensated for anything they just told me to set another appointment and come back, I asked to talk to the general manager they’re so shady I don’t even know if that was the general manager and all those five star reviews I think they’re fake if you have plans for today do not take your car over there they will just kill your whole day and have no excuse for it More

I was shopping through Costco Auto Buying Program for a 2024 Radiant Red Honda Accord Hybrid EX-L. Auto Nation had one available. I made an appointment with Don Tolentino, salesman, When I arrived, Don sai 2024 Radiant Red Honda Accord Hybrid EX-L. Auto Nation had one available. I made an appointment with Don Tolentino, salesman, When I arrived, Don said the car was sold the night before. Don offered to arrange for delivery of the same car from another Nor Cal dealer and have it within a week. He said if this wasn’t possible, it would take 3 months to order the car from the factory. I spoke with the Brian Tam, General Manager, to tell him I didn’t drive an hour and fifteen minutes from San Mateo County to order a car when I could do the same from a nearby dealer. Brian said he had a 2024 Radiant Red Honda Accord Touring Hybrid on the lot that I could buy for hundreds of dollars more. I purchased this car with the favorable terms offered by Brian on 2/9/24. Don Tolentino did a great job demonstrating all the features of the car. I’m very happy with the extra features of the Hybrid Touring. More
