Brought my van in for service to replace a part. Part was not in stock so had to wait an extra day which is fine. I told the service advisor (forgot his name) I needed a car wash and he said ok. Part was not in stock so had to wait an extra day which is fine. I told the service advisor (forgot his name) I needed a car wash and he said ok. When I went to pick up my van it was not washed. Overall I was kept in the loop during the whole process. However, dealership prices are normally higher than other shops. I wish I brought my coupons with me. More

Nathan was very professional and cooperative. He provided good service and explained the process very well. At the time of returning the car, someone from the service center lost my leather key fob cover, but Nathan helped me to find the fob cover. We couldn't find the fob cover but Nathan gave me the replacement which I highly appreciate. Thanks to him. The servicing of the car was also very good. I liked it. Thanks to all of them. More
