Prices at this service station are very costlier than the market rate. I started using Walmart and Costco's auto service centers for oil changes, tire or battery replacements, etc whenever possible and it sa market rate. Brought my van in for service to replace a part. Part was not in stock so had to wait an extra day which is fine. I told the service advisor (forgot his name) I needed a car wash and he said ok. Part was not in stock so had to wait an extra day which is fine. I told the service advisor (forgot his name) I needed a car wash and he said ok. When I went to pick up my van it was not washed. Overall I was kept in the loop during the whole process. However, dealership prices are normally higher than other shops. I wish I brought my coupons with me. More

At the time of returning the car, someone from the service center lost my leather key fob cover, but Nathan helped me to find the fob cover. We couldn't find the fob cover but Nathan gave me the replacement which I highly appreciate. Thanks to him. The servicing of the car was also very good. I liked it. Thanks to all of them. More
