The process took too long, finance manger kept me hour long trying to convince me to buy additional warranties and other products, told me I'm the only person not to buy other stuff, like its something wrong with my decision, This was not smooth sale, process was draining, buying a new car should be enjoyable, not a good transaction. I called up the dealership and they were more than willing to help with the issue and even accommodated m two months down the road, the battery died.
