The sales agent Alexis knows what customer service is all about. He is very organized, thorough and knowledgeable with everything. He made sure all of my questions were answered from beginning to end. Also, I would like to thank Anthony from Finance who did a great job of explaining everything related to financing. I had been looking around for a good car at a decent price, being a female the assumption from most car sales men is that females don't know anything...well at auto nation Honda fremont they didn't make price, being a female the assumption from most car sales men is that females don't know anything...well at auto nation Honda fremont they didn't make me feel Like that at all, they listened to what I wanted and showed me a few options and I ended up shopping around then coming right back to buy the car, Alex Cordova was the one to help us out in finding the car then helping me get the best deal that worked for my family. Also once we got to the dreaded paperwork part of the deal Anthony Morales was helpful with the paperwork and the process...I was dealing with a hungry stomach and he offered me a granola bar from his own lunch...this dealership is truly amazing and I appreciate the hard work these guys did to make sure my family got the attention and car we wanted and needed thanks guys. I'm a first time buyer and new with my credit limit. I went to the dealership with my mom and once we parked were welcomed by Amin Shokoor. As it was a busy Saturday, the General Manager (Brian Tam) stepped in and they were able to get me into the exact car I wanted!
