Great buying experience We had been looking at a new Honda Accord for several weeks before came to the Fremont dealer. We went back and forth on a model and visited several o We had been looking at a new Honda Accord for several weeks before came to the Fremont dealer. We went back and forth on a model and visited several other dealers for the price. We didn't consider Fremont Honda at the beginning because it's a little far from where we live. I randomly contacted Mr. Anthony Morales and, unlike other Honda dealers who gave a bait and switch, he gave me a real price, the out the door price, directly. So we decided to drive there to take a look. Mr. Morales was so helpful and patient to find the right car (exact model in the exact color I wanted) for us. There were no feelings of being pushed into a car. He also helped us to make things done as soon as possible. We arrived the Fremont dealer late (6 pm), and, after the car selection and test drive, finished all the documents quickly. Mr. Morales is so nice and honest and we are happy to get a new car from him. Thank you! More

Great buying experience We were working with George Mendioro and we had been looking at a car for three months. We went back and forth, couldn't quite decide on a model or tr We were working with George Mendioro and we had been looking at a car for three months. We went back and forth, couldn't quite decide on a model or trim at first. Three months later, we decided on a model and moved up one trim level which opened up options for us. Despite the fact that we were back and forth and took this long to decide, the dealership still bent over backwards for my dad when he bought his car. There were no feelings of being pushed into a car. No sneaky price gouging. And even with the good deal we got, they still bent over backwards for us. Would definitely buy another Honda from them in the future. Keep in mind, there's a Honda dealership in my city less than 5 miles away. We drove 23 miles to go to Fremont Honda and buy from them - that should tell you something right there. Do yourself a favor, shop here first and save yourself the hassle. I'm giving them 5 stars across the board - not because it's the quickest, but because they earned it. Customer service was excellent. We were greeted, asked by different people while waiting, if we were being helped. Quality of work - well, we haven't serviced anything here, but if we're talking about paper work, moving the customer along, keeping the customer informed, then it's a 5 star rating. Friendliness - again, 5 stars. Very nice, treated us with respect and courtesy. Price??? Well, I don't want to give it away, but, yeah - 5 stars definitely - and trust me, we shopped around! Sorry Fremont, no disrespect, but we were looking for the best price, and so we would call around. In the end, you definitely had the best price/best deal/best dealership! Thank you! More

Never going here again My 2012 Odyssey has a rotors issue where vehicle starts shaking when apply breakes (factory break pads are still good), Its worst at higher speeds. Doing some research shows its well know issue with hondas but honda does not acknowledge it and says its your driving. Anyway, many dealers would resurface them for free at-least once. All my odyssey services are done here (B13 just a week before). Service rep says it will be 100$ for diagnosis and 300 something for resurfacing the front rotors. I went ahead and got it done thinking Honda will reimburse me (they raised a ticket and they can help). A day later honda customer service calls and tells they dont reimburse the rotors. Coming back to the dealer, I am way dissatisfied with them that I am putting off the purchase of clarity and any Honda car in future. More
