I went in for an oil change but ended getting more needed maintenance taken care of. Andy was able to show me what I needed to get done and give me different options to choose from to complete my service. An maintenance taken care of. Andy was a very polite and knowledgeable service salesman and did his very best to get my car in for service without an appointment. I usually make appointments with Diana Romero and Daniel checked me in because She was with another customer. Note, I came in a couple of hours before my appointment and they didn’t mind. Daniel and Diana are both awesome and friendly. She looked at the history and makes recommendations based on that and reaches out if there are any other issues during inspection. She has excellent communication skills and kept me informed. AutoNation gets extra points for charging my car as well. No other dealer has done that even though I’ve asked so I appreciate that they went above and beyond. More
