The first day I brought it home, the key broke from a The departments do not communicate with one another. I bought a car from them one week ago. The first day I brought it home, the key broke from a 3 feet distance. I called to ask if they can fix it for free since it was apparently already broken when given to me. They should have covered it no questions asked, especially since they only provided me 1 key to begin with. The person on the phone said that they would cover it and it should take 1 to 1.5 hours long to do so. I arrived and they said they had no records of someone stating they would cover the cost and that it would take 3 hours. We ended up getting a lecture from the general manager, even though it was not our fault. Cars usually come with 2 keys, and a 182-inspection should include an inspection on the integrity of the key. In addition, we get a call from the SAME dealership we bought the car from to ask if we would like to sell the car since they saw we booked an appointment with their services team. It's obvious that the sales department outgoing, sales department ingoing, and service department do not communicate with each other. At the very least, they do not share records of customers with one another. Also, I did not work with Daniel Martin so ignore my rating on that person. More

I tried purchasing a used car. let down from start to finish. I was told car was ready to test drive, drove an hour to dealership wasnt ready.
