Manny was our salesman and he was awesome, how ever, management other than Henry was complete and utter garbage. I drove 4 hour's from Kings County, with a quote in writing, from their internet sales t management other than Henry was complete and utter garbage. I drove 4 hour's from Kings County, with a quote in writing, from their internet sales team, that they would not honor. After spending 6 hours with the Sales Manager, Mustafa, and the General Manager they kept changing the price of the Accord. When we finally agreed on the price, they would not honor a check from Navy Federal Credit Union, stating that they didn't know how to get the title of our vehicle from the bank. Ut they pushed honda finance as a way to get the title. When asked about how they get titles for other vehicles with leins from other banks, he would not answer or give and example of any other bank or finance company. They (Henery) even called and confirmed with Navy Federal Credit Union about the process, and we also showed them the paperwork included with our loan and pre-approval documents that the bank included as instructions to the dealer, on the two different ways that they could get the title free and clear. ..again salesman Manny and the finance guy Henry where on top of their game,, management sucked, and the needs some serious attention. I will not give autonation business or recommenrd them to anyone from.the central valley to ever do business with that shady bunch of stereotypical group of managers. More

The tpms light always alert since the regular service in 2015 or 2016. I don't exactly remember. I think the recording service history have. I always service in Honda Fremont in California autonation. In this summer I bought foxwell NT510. I changed the sensor battery. After I changed the sensor battery, I found one of sensor is not match the tpms computer. I think this is the problem cause my tpms system light always alert for 4 years. I think Honda fremont, the worker when I was service. He intend change one of my sensors in Tpms computer. Cause the senses number was not match the computer. Then after driving maybe five or six Mile the alert comed on. How do you explain this situation? I think this behavior is not good ,as the fake service. And course I need spend more money for his behavior. His service man said they need$800 to repair this and I didn't do it. What crazy! they use this very easy way to fake repair situation and make money. They just use their hooda special tool to match another sensor enough. Upload only one picture? The last one sensor is not match the computer. That number is 8D2006F5. My four sensors don't have the number 8D20064F. I already have the picture, but only can upload one picture. I don't know how to connect with you show the proof. More
Car buying is notorious for being a frustrating experience, but this place takes it to a new level. Drove hours to see a used car, assured it was in excellent drive-off-the-lot condition. Not even experience, but this place takes it to a new level. Drove hours to see a used car, assured it was in excellent drive-off-the-lot condition. Not even close - absolutely filthy interior. They spent hours detailing the vehicle and the salesman disappeared never to be found. Spent nearly 3 hours just waiting. Icing on the cake - the dealership submitted incorrect information to Fastrak causing me to get a false violation notice that I now have to correct at the DMV. Avoid, avoid, avoid. More
Recently my 2016 Honda Pilot died, I called AAA, they came and picked my Pilot up and took it to Fremont Honda, I called my Service Advisor, Jessica Robinson, to let her know and that I would be in as so came and picked my Pilot up and took it to Fremont Honda, I called my Service Advisor, Jessica Robinson, to let her know and that I would be in as soon as my wife picked me up. Jessica said no need to come in, she would take care of everything and call me back to let me know what the problem was. Jessica called me back to tell me I only needed a new battery and gave options on the types of batteries available. What a relief having Jessica as our Service Advisor, excellent customer service! Jessica always provides extremely great customer service to both my wife and I for our Hondas. More
I bought my first car through AutoNation and had an excellent experience. The dealership was big, clean, and COVID-conscious. All the employees I interacted with were very helpful and friendly. I made excellent experience. The dealership was big, clean, and COVID-conscious. All the employees I interacted with were very helpful and friendly. I made an appointment for a test drive ahead of time and worked with Alex Cordova. Both the manager and Alex were very kind and understanding. I got a great deal and was very happy with the overall experience. I highly recommend AutoNation Honda Fremont! More
The biggest crooks and management backs them up. I bought a CRV from them, they told me that car comes with pre-installed accessories and they cannot take those off. One of those accessories was rubb bought a CRV from them, they told me that car comes with pre-installed accessories and they cannot take those off. One of those accessories was rubber floor mats (Pro Pack) at $450. After finance paper work was signed and done they said oh but we don't have the mats in stock & must have been a parts dept paperwork error but we will call you when they are in. Months went by but no one called and every I called they said your sales person is not in. I finally went in to talk to the manager. Manager said oh ok no problem let's print out the "due list" to see what we owe you. On that list all it says is "Sold as equipped". So I was told sorry there is nothing that we owe you. So who defines as equipped and where is that list? Go figure. I was robbed of $450 for something they forced me into buying and never delivered. I WILL NEVER EVER SHOP AT THIS CROOKS DEALER AGAIN!!.. Absolute waste of time with Alex Ventura. Called ahead to make sure they had my exact model and color, says they have it. But when I get there, he gives me the run around for 20 mins and ends up not having i make sure they had my exact model and color, says they have it. But when I get there, he gives me the run around for 20 mins and ends up not having it and gives me an older model to test drive. Fine. I asked for breakdown for pricing and he says he will email me it the same day but no email for 3 days. Fine. He emails me back, using the older model as a quote but says its definitely for the newer model and says he will have the exact year model and color this time. Fine. I show up and once again, doesn't have the color and offers a completely different color with a higher price. I've had enough. Absolute. Waste. Of. Time. He brags about how they have the largest inventory in the area, probably because they can't sell a car worth a xxxx. Went to Capitol Honda the same day and got the exact car I wanted. I got a way better deal and was treated properly. More

Mechanic recommendations for repairs -Over kill On July 11, 2020 took my car in for engine light on. at 8:30 am Svc inspection on computer 180. and then came up with a bunch of stuff that was not n On July 11, 2020 took my car in for engine light on. at 8:30 am Svc inspection on computer 180. and then came up with a bunch of stuff that was not needed. Oxy Sensor charged 294.27 and labor 303.95. This part costs under $100 ....not 294.27.... He then said Cams needed changed and timer belt tighten and new spark plugs. They gave me car at 4 pm and with a broken front license frame and wanted to do almost two thousand more. I took it to another automotive mechanic paid $146. for inspection and guess what all I needed was my brake fluid replaced and flush put on new license plate frame 30 to put on what Honda broke. No new cams or valves or spark plugs...or timer belt tighten....Why because in 2018 new timing belt, and transmission fluid and hoses , water pump and gasket and coolant. at a auto repair shop and so for the mechanic at Fremont Honda to say I needed all these things to be done shows that they are over charging and false information for repair to your car. Driven under 5,000 miles from timing belt changed. And all the Manager wants to offer me is $60. (10 percent) on the 602.95 they charged me and the service advisor was awful 3 hrs waited to hear about inspection and what was needed and then she wanted me to approve the cam and all over the phone instead of when I came to get car. Beware for mechanics padding their services, over charging for parts and poor service as to what stage your car is going to be ready. I wish I knew the owner of Fremont Honda I would showing him my paperwork which shows 2018 new timing belt, and all services before I came to Fremont Honda and the mechanic and svc advisor figured a 2000 well taken care of Honda would pad their commissions for work.....FIND AN HONEST MECHANIC LOCALLY STAY A WAY FROM DEALERSHIP SERVICES..... oh by the way they removed the other review I first wrote. Such a shame this is my 3rd honda and second time at this service center (2013) and sorry I came back.... More
This review is for the service department...what a dishonest business!! I took my Odyssey here a few weeks ago for battery issues. I got the battery from them in late 2019. It died on me (I left the k dishonest business!! I took my Odyssey here a few weeks ago for battery issues. I got the battery from them in late 2019. It died on me (I left the key in the ignition overnight so it was my fault) & had it jumped. It was giving me a low battery warning after I had driven it so I took it here for service. They didn't find anything wrong with it so I took the car home. When I parked in my garage, I noticed I didn't hear the audible beep when I locked the car. I changed my remote battery, thinking it was weak. Still no beep. Check the custom settings on the car & it was set correctly. Locked the car & still no beep. It was beeping perfectly before I took my car to them. I always confirm that my car is locked when I hear it beep so this is a function I use many times a day. I went back to have them look it & Mike, our service advisor, says that they're busy & couldn't get me in so I have to make an appointment. Fast forward to today, after they did their diagnostics, they figured it was a hood latch/switch malfunction. The quote was about $900 to have it fixed. What??? Conveniently, it failed after I took the car there for service My husband took the car in for me so he told them he wanted to talk to me about the repair first. He was irate when they told him he had to pay $140 for diagnostic fee. They messed up my van & now we have to pay for a fee so we know what damage they did to my car. It's so ridiculous. After much complaining, the service manager decided to cut down the fee to $30 & my husband paid them so he can get the car back. I was so mad when I heard this when he got home. We called Mike back & he said he would elevate our concerns to the proper channels. He is trying his best & is clearly caught in the middle of this disaster. I brought the car there coz of battery issues but now have a new issue at hand. It's clear that they damaged the hood latch/switch when they were servicing my car for the battery. They are trying to weasel their way out of another repair, a problem their mechanics have caused due to carelessness. The car still locks & it seems like a really small issue, but it impacts my daily life significantly coz it's a feature I rely on & use, multiple times a day. It is clear that their customers are just numbers & dollar signs. To think we've been taking our vehicles here (we own 2 Honda cars) since 2010. This is how they thank their loyal customers. More
