I usually give this Honda dealership a 5 star rating, but this particular visit wasn't the best. I realize the availability of the parts, shipping, personnel shortage, etc...but my car vehicle was at the dea this particular visit wasn't the best. I realize the availability of the parts, shipping, personnel shortage, etc...but my car vehicle was at the dealership for over 6 weeks. They did give us a nice loaner, no issues there. The reason for 3 stars is the lack of communication and then an inflated price when the vehicle was finally ready. As mentioned, I knew up front that it would take longer than normal for this repair, but when I have to call in once or twice a week, leave messages with our assigned serivce rep, then finally call and get to a different person, just to get an update...not the level of customer serive that we usually receive. The out-the-door price was higher than what we had talked about, but the vehicle is running great, and it was a repair that had to be completed at the dealer. Overall, we will continue to bring our vehicles here, and hope the communication statys on par with other service reps that we've had in the past 10+ years. More
