Took my 2016 CR-V in for normal service. Also purchased a new battery and when it was changed out it caused little glitch. I chose to leave my CR-V at the dealership so they could figure out the problem. No new battery and when it was changed out it caused little glitch. I have been looking for vehicles and found this one which was about a 2 1/2 hour drive. Terrence was very communicative and absolutely wonderful. I never felt pressured and he was very helpful.
