A few months ago, I decided I needed to get a new vehicle. I had been driving a Honda CRV for 10 years and I basically wanted another one. Carlton Harris, the salesman, showed me exactly what I needed. We went over a few basic questions and we decided I didn't really want the top-of-the-line CRV, but the middle line. It had everything I was looking for. Carlton was so great to work with! He got right to work and made the entire process easy & as quick as possible. I got my 2019 from here in 2024 and let me tell you my car has been nothing but absolute issues since I got it. Not even after the first 2 days my car breaks down and it has to be towed to the dealership and then if that wasn’t to top it all off I was screwed over in my monthly payments even with $1,000 down and with a trade in they gave me $6,000 they still screwed me over and tripled the cost of my car I wish I would’ve never have gotten it and I will absolutely never be back here they’ve lost all my business

I strongly recommend that people think carefully before buying a used vehicle from Sunny King Honda in Oxford, Alabama. I paid $19,000 for a 2019 Honda Pilot. About 15 minutes after leaving the dealership, the transmission developed serious problems. I returned immediately and reported the issue. Instead of taking responsibility or working toward a fair solution, I was told that I had caused the problem by driving with the parking brake engaged. I completely dispute that explanation. I asked to cancel the sale and receive a refund, but my request was denied. I was then asked to leave the dealership. I am extremely disappointed with how this situation has been handled and with the level of customer service I received. I am pursuing this matter through the appropriate legal and consumer protection channels. My advice to anyone buying a used vehicle is to get a complete independent mechanical inspection before purchasing, even if the vehicle is being sold by a dealership.

Horrible dealership and I mean horrible,it’s now called cannon Acura but let me tell you,from the moment we walk in, it just had bad vibes..Our sales consultant Nigel seem like he was just there to just have a conversation with us..We are from Georgia but we came here because they had the color we wanted in the Acura adx a spec so we drove 2 hours which we have no problem with..We had a paid for Honda hrv sport 2023 with only 33,000 miles on it and it was clean,we take care of our cars..When we told them we had a trade they of course did their appraisal and I told them we had got an appraisal from CarMax for 21,000 dollars so the guy went to the sales manager and he came back and said we can only can give you 15,000 so I think they thought we were boo boo the fool and I told them CarMax said 21,000 they said ok if you want there is a car max down street and see what they give you but I think they was trying to call our bluff because we drive 2 hours for the car so me and my wife drove to CarMax down the street from the dealership and they gave us 22,000 so we took an uber back and drop 19,000 down and pocketed 3000 but when we got back they whole Demeanor change,nobody really look at us any more and when we finally got to the finance guy he was an a hole to,so when we finish with him nobody even greeted us out to our car not even the sales guy ,they said he was busy with another customer..I’m saying this I will tell people do not and I repeat do not go to cannon Acura they are horrible people..Stay stay away..
