Service was freaking amazing everyone was really nice and as a first time buyer they weren't trying to force a car on me or make me feel as I had to settle for anything I didn't want. I was super comfortable with the rep I was working with, Chris Hopkins is the one to go to by the way. Kept me up to date with my car and was even helpful in getting me my car at an earlier date than planned. I asked lots of questions and when I say polite and straight to the point with every answer. Man I also brought in someone to help with guidance but they made sure I understood everything and was super helpful. Get you a Honda yall! More

I went to Autonation Honda to trade in my 2019 Honda Civic Sport for a 2022 Honda HR-V. Over the weekend I did not have the “warm and fuzzy” feeling for this car. It wasn’t the style I wanted after realizing it didn’t have what I wanted. Christian did what he could do to satisfy and make me happy. He returned my car to me and got me lined up for a different model that I know I want. Christian and his manager made this happen for me after all the trouble getting me the original vehicle I decided wasn’t what I wanted. At this point I will continue to do business with these very patient people. More
