Our salesman, Christian, was super nice and found the vehicle we purchased within 20 minutes of our arrival. However we were there a total of 5 hours waiting to get paper work completed. He too was diligent and knew exactly everything we needed to know with regards to financing the car. Like Kelly, he also treated us like family and made light conversation as he got the paperwork in order. All in all, the process was painless though it did take a little longer than usual, which they admitted and I won't hold against them.  If you want service with a smile and in the market for a new or used Honda, look no further than AutoNation.
