Our salesman, Christian, was super nice and found the vehicle we purchased within 20 minutes of our arrival. However we were there a total of 5 hours waiting to get paper work completed. I finally had to sit in our car due to upcoming hip replacement surgery and being in pain. We were tired and almost left due to the wait. After we got home we received a call the next day that we had not been given all the paper work to complete the loan so we told them we would be in town on Sun. and we would come by to sign the forms and we did. The process went rather quick and I was pleasantly surprised at how smooth the experience went. I would recommend auto nation of Columbus to anyone looking to purchase a car. They are very professional yet down to earth and personable. Great experience! Michael in the finance side was very thorough and professional but never tried to force me to purchase warranties I did not want to. Our visit to AutoNation Honda was nothing short of exemplary. Our sales rep Kelly White was waiting for us and was prompt and courteous with an infectiously positive attitude. He answered all of our questions about the car we eventually drove off the lot with, as well as treat us like family as opposed to simply customers. We got to know him as well as he got to know us and went above and beyond to make sure we left satisfied. Same can be said for Michael Francis the financier. He too was diligent and knew exactly everything we needed to know with regards to financing the car. Like Kelly, he also treated us like family and made light conversation as he got the paperwork in order. All in all, the process was painless though it did take a little longer than usual, which they admitted and I won't hold against them. If you want service with a smile and in the market for a new or used Honda, look no further than AutoNation. I highly recommend!
