Very disappointed with this dealership in Columbus. Something as simple as scheduling an oil change and asking for pricing turned into an unhelpful and frankly condescending individual on the phone. I called Newnan Honda and they were great! Any future Hondas we buy will NOT be in Columbus if this is an example of customer service! More

Great experience at this dealership. My salesman was, Terry Hancock. He is the epitome of what you want and expect in a sales representative. He was very kind, professional and responded immediately to all my questions. He had the car detailed, filled with gasoline prior to my arrival and had the car waiting for me upfront. He took the time to walk me through the features and set up my phone for me. Andrew, the finance manager was also exceptional. Very pleasant, walked me through the rate and all the paperwork. Took his time to make sure I understood everything. I highly recommend this dealer, great selection, great prices and best of all great staff. It was worth the 2 hour drive. More
