The sales side was terrific. Christian Johnson, my salesman, was outstanding to deal with! - patient, personable, knowledgeable and on and on!! He even came in on his day off so I could pick up my car for a trip the next morning. Not many people do that anymore. The payment process was horrible. They don’t make it easy to pay for your car. Obviously they want it financed or more than half put on your credit card. A check from your broker straight to them is not acceptable although that’s what I have done on my last three cars from them. More
Woo, my service rep, was great! He took care of everything and explained each service need. Plus, I had questions about my car-how I could leave the car running with the ac on ( He took care of everything and explained each service need. Plus, I had questions about my car-how I could leave the car running with the ac on (for my dogs while traveling) and still have it lock to go in to a store. He showed me how to adjust the steering column too! He is great! He also offered to have the car washed and vacuumed but I wasn’t able to wait longer. More
