Missed diagnosed the problem told me I needed a brake master cylinder but they did not have one in stock. They wanted to charge me approximately $750 for the master cylinder alone. I left there took it t master cylinder but they did not have one in stock. They wanted to charge me approximately $750 for the master cylinder alone. I left there took it to Midas to have them look at it they said it was a brake switch that was bad cost to me $71.00 installed many other things happened that I am not able to include in this review because of limited space. The service agent, Woo, was very nice and accurate. The battery warranty was honored and promptly replaced. Also had the oil changed and tires rotated. The time we waited was very reasonable. I am very pleased with my purchase from Auto Nation Honda. From Terrance my car salesman to the financial team. He also painstakingly worked with Michael Francis, Customer Financial Services Director, to create the one-pay lease contract for us. The whole process was seamless, convenient, and shockingly enjoyable. In today's vehicle market, finding a better group of professionals to help meet your goals in driving a new Honda off the lot is hard. See you guys on the next deal! More
Fast service on Saturday oil change and tires rotation. They did forget to add the courtesy vehicle inspection sheet and I was left wondering about any possible findings.
