I started back using this dealership after it became AutoNation. I was pleasantly surprised at the level of service. It is super easy to get an appointment. I stopped using this dealership when it was owned by Carl Gregory due to the service I received in 09/2011 regarding a recall. In 01/2017 I went back to have the car serviced and for another recall issue. T Gregory due to the service I received in 09/2011 regarding a recall. In 01/2017 I went back to have the car serviced and for another recall issue. The service was ok I guess but I was less than pleased with the resolution of the recall issue and stopped using their services again. I returned again in 01/2022 for service and tire replacement and was very happy with the entire experience. I returned on 02/2023 for annual service and also for help finding a water leak inside the car. I was overall satisfied with the annual service. As for the leak all I was able to find out was that I did indeed have a leak but no one there could find where it was coming from. I was advised to take it to a body shop. Since Auto Nation has a body shop I asked why they could not look at my car. So apparently they looked and I was told again that I had a serious leak and no one could find it. I was again referred to a body shop. I think all of your service employees are very nice and I have been treated well by them. What completely astounds me is that the Honda Dealership where I went for help with my 2006 Civic that has only 35,036 miles on it, so I don't feel like it is worn out or misused, has no one there that could actually find the problem or fix it for me. I waited until now to respond to your survey request because I just wasn't sure what to think about the entire experience or how I should respond to it. I guess I can say I found the experience disappointing. More
