AutoNation Honda Columbus

Unfortunately I can not say I would recommend Columbus Auto Nation. I have had good experiences there for nearly 15 years either in the service department or looking at cars until now. I was in the process of buying a car recently and had a great experience until I had to leave to pick up my child from school and when I returned they raised the price on the car I was getting even after they ran my credit and we signed the agreement on the price and financing. When I asked for a copy of the agreement paper that was signed they could not locate it but could find the other offer papers. They dropped the price a little bit but not to what was originally offered. The manager that present was unprofessional and was raising his voice when I questioned what was happening. There was one employee who agreed with me that it didn’t make sense and wasn’t right and he was really nice. In the end I ended up declining everything on principal because it wasn’t what was originally agreed on and the original offer that was signed. It is unfortunate and I am disappointed with how they handled everything. More
