Salesman didn’t really do much of his job, myself and the finance guy did more than him! Also didn’t get a fill up or full cleaning/ detail, as well as the fluids, plugs and filters weren’t changed either! N finance guy did more than him! My dad went here to get a maintenance which is the basic thing like oil change and tire rotate, but at first my dad get a oil change and they let my dad drive the car that all the screws and other parts wer thing like oil change and tire rotate, but at first my dad get a oil change and they let my dad drive the car that all the screws and other parts were un-tight and panbelt are not well aligned. The 2nd was the tire they are trying to get your car bad so they got paid and returned it to them and they will told you that the car was old. Even if the car was old and the maintenance know what they are doing the car will be in great shape, but that’s the opposite. They knew my dad will just pay it after they fixed it and they are using those tactics to take advantage of it so that my dad will pay. More

Unfortunately I can not say I would recommend Columbus Auto Nation. I have had good experiences there for nearly 15 years either in the service department or looking at cars until now. I was in the proces Auto Nation. I have had good experiences there for nearly 15 years either in the service department or looking at cars until now. I was in the process of buying a car recently and had a great experience until I had to leave to pick up my child from school and when I returned they raised the price on the car I was getting even after they ran my credit and we signed the agreement on the price and financing. When I asked for a copy of the agreement paper that was signed they could not locate it but could find the other offer papers. They dropped the price a little bit but not to what was originally offered. The manager that present was unprofessional and was raising his voice when I questioned what was happening. There was one employee who agreed with me that it didn’t make sense and wasn’t right and he was really nice. In the end I ended up declining everything on principal because it wasn’t what was originally agreed on and the original offer that was signed. It is unfortunate and I am disappointed with how they handled everything. More
