We were taken care of in fine and friendly fashion by David, though our appointment had been with Jordan. A thorough 30,000 mile checkup was done on our 2023 Ridgeline. We opted to have it done even thou David, though our appointment had been with Jordan. A thorough 30,000 mile checkup was done on our 2023 Ridgeline. We opted to have it done even though we weren’t quite at 30,000 yet, and purchased a new battery to replace the original (the truck was purchased new in 2022). We are confident that David did a great job of monitoring the progress of all that was done and keeping us informed. We love our Ridgeline. More

Love, love, love AutoNation in Chandler! Had Kyle as my Service Advisor and he was excellent! I find all the staff at AutoNation to be friendly, polite, and courteous! Was in for oil change Had Kyle as my Service Advisor and he was excellent! I find all the staff at AutoNation to be friendly, polite, and courteous! Was in for oil change plus tire rotation and Kyle checked me in quickly. I loved that they send a text about the progress of your service plus you also see a video text of all the areas of your car they inspected....wow!
