Overall, I believe the service department performs well and is generally reliable. The team communicates clearly, the technicians appear well-trained, and the service quality meets expectations. While there is always room for improvement in areas like turnaround times and scheduling convenience, I feel the department is committed to providing solid customer care. More

We live 45 minutes away and have four kids, so getting to the dealership is difficult, yet we’ve made the trip whenever possible. When we can’t, we take our car to reputable shops closer to home for basic services like oil changes. Each time we return, we’re assigned a different service advisor. At first, we assumed this meant high staff turnover and hoped a new person might lead to a better experience. Unfortunately, the issues have remained the same, regardless of who helps us. During our most recent visit, the service rep made my wife feel guilty for not having every service completed at the dealership. When she presented a coupon for an oil change, the rep responded, “So is this the only reason you’re bringing your car here now?”—an unprofessional and unnecessary comment. She was also questioned repeatedly about where the car had been serviced, even though it was later found that this information was available through Carfax. We approved certain services, but the final bill was about $50 higher than what we authorized, with no explanation or request for approval. The invoice suggested the added cost was for a radiator cap, which was never discussed. Overall, the lack of transparency, poor communication, and dismissive treatment have made each visit worse than the last. We hope the dealership takes this feedback seriously and works to improve its customer service. More
Consistent service at this dealership. I like how staff approaches your car and calls your service advisor. Scott Fort is a fantastic service advisor.
