Jimmy, my Service Advisor, recently took over from Morgan—and I can confidently say he has proven himself to be one of the very best advisors I’ve worked with here. I brought my vehicle in for an oil leak, and thanks to my extended warranty, Jimmy handled the entire process seamlessly from start to finish. What really stood out was his consistent communication—he kept me updated almost daily on the inspection, insurance approval, and repair progress. That level of transparency and ownership is rare and truly appreciated. I’d also like to sincerely thank Steve, the Service Manager, for his leadership and support. He was kind enough to approve a loaner vehicle without hesitation and was always available whenever I had questions or needed assistance. His professionalism and customer-first attitude made a big difference throughout the experience. When I got my CR-V back, it genuinely felt like driving a brand-new car again. That speaks volumes about the quality of service and attention to detail from the entire team. I’ve been coming to this location for over 10 years and have worked with several service advisors over time. It’s clear that Steve has done an exceptional job mentoring his team—not just in technical knowledge, but in how they communicate and care for customers. I also want to add that I used to be skeptical about extended warranties, especially for reliable brands like Honda or Toyota. However, this experience has completely changed my perspective. This used to be a great place to get my Honda serviced…however the customer service has reached a new low. Very rude service advisor Jordan. I made an appointment and got there very early and was serviced…however the customer service has reached a new low. Very rude service advisor Jordan. I made an appointment and got there very early and was advised to wait, no problem. after waiting 40 minutes to be helped I was told to wait longer because “that’s why you make appointments lady”- needless to say I had an Appointment and waited patiently for an advisor just to be yelled at. I was hoping to look at the new Honda passport to upgrade my civic while here. I bought my 2 cars from this place and getting services for 14 yrs . I will not return to this place. More
