I had a very long wait time when I scheduled an appointment for an oil change. The manager came over and change the entire experience for me. Because of him, I will come back there to service all m appointment for an oil change. The manager came over and change the entire experience for me. Because of him, I will come back there to service all my Honda vehicles. I apologize, I forgot his name, but he was tall, dark skin, and was very polite and helpful! We own a 2017 Honda Pilot. Each time we take the vehicle in for service, we are told that our vehicle is in remarkably good condition. Top to bottom, our vehicle has been maint Each time we take the vehicle in for service, we are told that our vehicle is in remarkably good condition. Top to bottom, our vehicle has been maintained with longevity in mind. We bought the vehicle in 2017 with 1500 miles on the odometer and she now has just over 90,000 miles. With the help of Autonation Honda we have been able to keep this machine running in tip top shape and we will continue to do so. This vehicle even has the original battery which my service tech finds to be AMAZING, especially in this Arizona heat! We love our Honda Pilot and we love Autonation Honda in Chandler! Thank you to everyone there! More
