Vehicle was dropped off at 0930 and picked up after 1600. A diagnostic was ran due to the lock/unlock buttons not working and the fob not interacting with the vehicles locking mechanism and trunk. I also asked twice before leaving the vehicle that the rear view mirror be reattached. Received a call stating that the lock/unlock buttons were working and the fob is also locking/unlocking the vehicle. Further repairs needed to be made to fix the trunk, which I declined. I arrived to pick up the vehicle after 7+ hours and the lock/unlock buttons were still not working and the fob was still not locking/unlocking the car. Additionally, the rear view mirror was never reattached. Lastly, the drivers side seat cover was completely put on the wrong way and a strap was damaged in the process. Was without a vehicle for a whole day and spent $30+ on Ubers for me to pick up my vehicle in a worse state than when I dropped it off. More
