I don’t need everything explained to me when I’ve shared that I’ve purchased a lease this many vehicles. It may be standard practice, but I think a better option for a customer like me would be to touch on each topic and ask me what I want explained or what I am interested in. To go over every option was just frustrating. I have worked with Efy for 20+ years and plan on continuing. He is honest, hard-working, and I trust him. More

Service ran a tad bit over the estimate given (only about 30 minutes), but it was still exceptionally priced and the delay was well communicated.
