I talked to Jordan and he was able to answer all my questions. I took a test drive and fell in love with the Pilot. I didn't need a car as I had a 2010 Honda I loved. I will continue to shop at Honda for all my needs.. I also want to say how great Tanner Haas was for the final touches of the purchase. Thank you.. Terrible customer service! I started the car buying process online. After 2 visits where they couldn’t find the car, we spent 6 1/2 hours waiting at the dealership to finish paperwork. We were lied t process online. After 2 visits where they couldn’t find the car, we spent 6 1/2 hours waiting at the dealership to finish paperwork. We were lied to at every step. When I finally got the car, The low tire pressure light was on. I am at service today(1 week later) taking care of the recall they did not inform me of until we were signing papers, and the fog light don’t work. So much for their 250 point inspection. Ha! I would not repeat my mistake of going to this dealership if they had the last cars in the valley. More

My battery box (31521-TA0-A10) and battery tray (60630-TP6-A01ZZ) were damaged but no notice was given to me! Should have been notified and given offer to replace parts.
