Scott called and let me know which other service items were needed, provided an estimate, and the services were completed below estimate (Scott applied a coupon on my behalf due to the volume of work being done), up to standards, and in a courteous, professional manner. I will always come back to and highly recommend AutoNation Honda Chandler for any car experience, whether that’s buying a car or just getting service, where the employees treat you like family and treat your car as if it’s their own. There is a lot of value knowing that the job gets done right and NOT having to worry if a technician overtightened a screw causing a leak or used an inferior part or product. More

Took my vehicle in for a routine service and a transmission service. My advisor was Michael Craig who took very good care of me. I took my car there the previous service and waited longer than exp transmission service. My advisor was Michael Craig who took very good care of me. I know that mistakes are made but what impressed me was how they dealt with it. They were Professional and it actually meant something to them when I told the Mgr if my disappointments.
