Efficient check in. Took 4 hours to fulfill recall of fuel pump when letter from Honda said 1 1/2-2 hours. Traveled 30 miles and they had no loaner so husband had to follow me. Was told to have gas tan fuel pump when letter from Honda said 1 1/2-2 hours. Traveled 30 miles and they had no loaner so husband had to follow me. Was told to have gas tank less than one fourth full but did not give me any gas. A couple of gallons would have been appreciated to get me back home. Appreciated car being washed and cleaned inside. Great service. I drove in for an oil change not knowing that the Express Service was closed for Covid and without any appointment. Michael said they could take me in and I got lucky and they started shortl that the Express Service was closed for Covid and without any appointment. I will say that I tried to phone earlier in the day that was not satisfactory at all as I waited quite a while on hold and nobody took my call! More
