This was my first time using AutoNation and I was told it would be 1 to 1-1/2 hours for the service to completed. It took over 2 hours and when I was paying the bill I was told the tech recommended changing would be 1 to 1-1/2 hours for the service to completed. It took over 2 hours and when I was paying the bill I was told the tech recommended changing the engine and compartment air filters. They should have called me while the car was being worked on so I could have approved that work too. If they really care about good customer service they should contact me and offer a special deal to have the filters changed otherwise I won't use their services again. More

This is the first time I have had terrible service. Spent 2.5 hours waiting for an oil change, when they brought me my car it was not washed. I requested for it to be washed and of course they lost my key. I 2.5 hours waiting for an oil change, when they brought me my car it was not washed. I requested for it to be washed and of course they lost my key. I had to wait another 30 mins. for them to find it. I'm second guessing whether I want to continue to have my car serviced by this dealership again. More
