My VSA light my emergency brake light and my brake light I’ll come on. When we bought the car we bought the gold warranty. My service guy said he called the warranty but hasn’t heard back after I called to I’ll come on. When we bought the car we bought the gold warranty. My service guy said he called the warranty but hasn’t heard back after I called to check when I hadn’t heard from him in a week.I called the warranty company and they said there was no claim for me. My service rep also tried to charge me $95 for a oil change that I’m supposed to have three free. He has never called to keep me updated he has never I believe even called the warranty company. I’m very unhappy with my service there. In the past it has been good but since I’ve bought the last car it went into the dump. More

We had to take our 6 month old Pilot in for service because the ac went out. They had the car 2 days and still not fixed. They have to order a part. Joey did a great job facilitating the repainting of my car due to a warranty issue. The team did a fantastic job and my car looks like new.
