I bought a pre-owned vehicle with a pre-approved loan from my bank which would make it a cash purchase for the company. When filling out the paper work my wife and I questioned a form that was involved a credit score check. They stated that since it would be a cash purchase they just needed it for a hard copy for the bank. They asked if we wanted them to run a credit report to beat the loan that I had and I said no. The next day credit karma reported I have hard inquiries on my equifax and transunion. I will be consulting a lawyer about this issue being addressed in the Fair Credit Report Act. The second issue is that on their website they have pictures about pre-owned advantage and says the price you see is the price you pay, well there was a hidden window tinting fee for about $700. It made no sense because I didn't ask for window tinting and it should of already been included in the online price because it was done prior to me purchasing this vehicle. More

I bought my 87' Civic from them in January and had to immediately take it into service to see why my car kept dyin The sales are a classic sleazefest. I bought my 87' Civic from them in January and had to immediately take it into service to see why my car kept dying on me. Turns out there are a plethora of vacuum leaks that I have yet to fix because it is an expensive inconvenience to me that should have been taken care of before I took delivery. It also had major wheel well rust and dents that weren't accounted for and a detail wasn't even done before I bought it. Major disappointment for an AutoNation Choice vehicle. In the service department, Danny Bedolla is an excellent service advisor. He kept me in the know about what's going on with the car in the shop and they even went out of their way to get hard-to-find parts for my old car. Customer service is a strong suit for the service department. The mechanics, on the other hand, are young and rush their jobs as I have left a couple times now with vacuum lines disconnected, grease all over the motor that wasn't there before, and now a poorly adjusted motor that makes more noise after the last visit. For an older vehicle like mine, it's crucial that time is taken on it and the job isn't rushed. More
