First let me state that Auto Nation Honda is extremely convenient for me and that is the only reason I continue to go there. Almost everytime I go, the entire service is USUALLY completed and I tell convenient for me and that is the only reason I continue to go there. My first experience about 5 years with Auto Nation Honda was the absolute worst experience I ever encountered with any dealership. Let's just leave it at that My last last experience Thursday October 14, 2021 was almost as bad. First, I called twice to see if they had a replacement fab & key for my 2016 Accord Both times after waiting several minutes no one answered the phone. The following day I went into the dealership for a replacement key & fab. I went to the parts department and was spoke to a man who was just plain dismissive and instructed me to go to service. They told me it would take about 90 minutes. I told Michael I had to go to work at but someone will come at about 1PM to get the key & fab replaced as I had to go to work in about 2 hours I then SPECIFICALLY asked to DOUBLE CHECK to make sure it was in stock They did ask another man and without any hesitation he said "Yes" About 12:30 PM the car was taken back but not by me, (an inconvenience for yet another person) for the key fab replacement and shortly thereafter was told that it was NOT in stock and would be ordered but take 4 to 5 business days to receive. The person who took the car in was instructed to give a call back next week. He replied shouldn't you call Jules (the owner) when the part arrives He said they would ,but with all of these issues I will be pleasantly surprised if that actually occurs. This is my 3rd Honda Accord (the first 2 purchased new, and this current one first leased and then bought ) over about a 20 year plus period This is not the way to treat a loyal Honda customer! More

Dropped the car off for service. Work was done in a timely manner and everyone I talked to was polite and professional.
