Terrible customer service! I started the car buying process online. After 2 visits where they couldn’t find the car, we spent 6 1/2 hours waiting at the dealership to finish paperwork. When I finally got the car, The low tire pressure light was on. I am at service today(1 week later) taking care of the recall they did not inform me of until we were signing papers, and the fog light don’t work. So much for their 250 point inspection. Ha! I would not repeat my mistake of going to this dealership if they had the last cars in the valley. More

My battery box (31521-TA0-A10) and battery tray (60630-TP6-A01ZZ) were damaged but no notice was given to me! Should have been notified and given offer to replace parts.
