Very disappointed with your service adviser Mike BradlyI Very disappointed with your service adviser Mike Bradly I had my car for service and he said there will be a diagnostic charge of $150 if I decided n Very disappointed with your service adviser Mike Bradly I had my car for service and he said there will be a diagnostic charge of $150 if I decided not to repair my car in there , he had my car on Monday and text me on Wednesday saying he couldn’t find the issue and need 5 more hours to find the issue and will cost $850 for diagnostic test which he didn’t mentioned before and I response that I will be there and when I go there he was saying the same things and I told him no I will take my car somewhere else so he was asking me for $150 diagnostic test which he didn’t find the problem and when I rejected him then he was so mean and said he did mentioned And start lying to me, I ignored him and he open the door so rudely and kicked me out of his boot, I will never used autonation services when he is there as service advisor More

Michael Bradley is excellent at his job; juggling several customers at once while being respectful to each. Using online reviews as part of the assessment of your employees is a lazy and inaccurate way to ga customers at once while being respectful to each. Using online reviews as part of the assessment of your employees is a lazy and inaccurate way to gauge the quality of your employees. It's disrespectful to the employee and a way for the management to distance themselves from a customers criticism or concerns. More
