Took Honda in two times for repairs 1st time them said I would need to come back because it would take a day to fix. Made new appointment, Arrived at 7:30 AM and at 10:30 them called to say they need to gi would need to come back because it would take a day to fix. Made new appointment, Arrived at 7:30 AM and at 10:30 them called to say they need to give me an estimate. The car has extended from Honda, agent said he needed to call and verify. I returned to AutoNation to find out nothing had been done. said it would take up to three days to get authorization to order parts than it would take two-three days for the parts to come from California 6 hours to put them on the car. so he said they would have the car for a week. I have had 4 hondas but the service is the worst in the world. I will never return to this dealership. More
