This was my first ever new car purchase and working with Telly Papagainis was a great experience. I have never heard some one say buying a car was a great experience but this was it! He never pressured me and always responded quickly to my various inquiries. Just for reference my inquiries went on for about 8 months. When I was done with all my research and ready to make a purchase Telly was upfront and right on the price I had research and expected...in fact he was $1k better and when he set a time line for specific items like financing and appraisal he was right on...if he said it will take 15 minutes it was 15 minutes. This was a great experience I never had any butterflies or concerns and now my family is off on another adventure in our new Van. More
