I drove up to Auto Nation Honda to purchase a NEW Crosstour. I knew exactly what I wanted. After I parked I walked up to Howard and he asked me if I was looking for someone. I told him I was looking Crosstour. I knew exactly what I wanted. After I parked I walked up to Howard and he asked me if I was looking for someone. I told him I was looking for him and introduced myself. I told him I had to be out of here quick and knew exactly what I wanted. We hopped on a golf cart and went to the back lot to find my car. Once we found the car I told him I did not want to drive it and just wanted to move on. He told me that we had to even if we never left the parking lot. Off we went. When we got back he took all of my information and had everyone standing by. I met a few other people as I sat their and everyone went to work. Within the next 30 min. while I was waiting they appraised my old car, while already sending the new car over to detail and service. Met with the numbers guy and told him exactly what I was going to pay and he had to make it happen in 10 min or I am leaving. They came back with what I wanted and within the next fifteen minutes I was signing papers and walking out the door with my wives new Honda Crosstour. Thank You Auto Nation Honda of Chandler. I have bought from other Honda dealerships in the area, and AutoNation in Chandler is by far the best. Chris went out of his way to make sure I got the deal and all the add-ons that I wanted. His service was above and beyond, and he was friendly and down-to-earth. I left the dealership happy and feeling like I had made a purchase from someone I trusted. I have also had my previous cars serviced/maintained at the service center at this dealership, and they set the bar very high for any other dealership. I would entrust my car to no one else. The experience from start to finish was great. I inquired on line through a membership store deal about best prices and Walt Northrup of the dealer's Internet department e-mailed me within minutes, and responded to my queries and provided additional data on the phone. Not hard sell pressure, just friendliness and eagerness to provide information. When we went to the dealer to to test drive a car and discuss terms of purchase, we met Internet Rep, Gregg Gabbin. We've never had such a knowledgeable salesperson! Everyone should have such a terrific person sell them a car! We have purchased several new cars over the years and have never had anyone cut to the chase, pitch no bull and take the time to review ALL aspects in the operation of the car and its accessories, etc. like he did. We got a terrific price on the car, a good trade-in allowance for our current auto, and when all was said and done we felt like we'd won something! I know this sounds like a puff piece, but you need to know that this has been the best car buying experience we've EVER had and I can't say enough good things about Gregg Gabbin! More

First dealership i stop by: AutoNation Honda Chandler. Imad walked up to me, i told them what i was here for, he said "They are all around 17000, we are closing in 30mins, go look online and give me a call." i asked about a used fit on their website, ans: " i dont think we have one." was there for 1 min, almost feel bad for wasting his 1 min before they close. okay thank you, not going back. My wife came in on 8/12 for a routine maintenance for a 2008 Honda Pilot. She also asked to have her brakes checked. My wife iformed the advisor that she needed to leave at noon. She assured that it would not. The service advisor said that it would take 45 min to check the brake system. The routine maintenance should take only an hour and 15 minutes. After 1 and 1/2 hour, my wife went to look for the service advisor to see what was going on with the car. I was informed that they were still looking at the brakes and were almost finished. She told me she would get back to me in 15 minutes. She came back in 15 minutes and said that brake pads were OK, but they did not finish checking the master cylinder. However, they checked into other parts of the car. She said that the power steering pump was leaking. The rear shocks were leaking. An outer belt was cracked and needed to be replaced. She claimed that this would take several thousand to fix. All I asked for was to have the brakes checked. After 2.5 hrs later after I initially checked in, she said that they would finally be able to get around to the routine maintenance matter that I asked them to do in the first place. She told me it would take an hour and a half longer, even after I have waited several hours already to get the routine maintenance checked. After 4 hours of waiting, I went looking for the car and the advisor. Finally, I got hold of her. She angrily told me that I was not waiting in the assigned area(I did not know there was one) for people getting servicing on their vehicle. Apparently, I was waiting in the sales lobby area and I was not supposed to do that. She told me that they finished the routine maintenance but they were not able to finish checking the brake system after 4 hours of waiting. We have used San Tan Honda for our servicing needs for many years, and we were very disappointed by our most recent experience at Autonation Honda. We will definitely shop around when we need to get the vehicle serviced in the future. More
