Great buying experience! We had not purchased a new vehicle in over 10 years when we began our search for a new family vehicle. I made contact with Internet Sales Manager Brad Antrim online in search of an Odyssey . Brad was courteous and straightforward right away with his price and the fact that his dealership had a lower tax rate. In addition, Brad let me know right away that AutoNation Chandler would not automatically put dealer "add-ons" with the Odyssey. At times I also communicated with Internet Sales Director Ivan Cronin. Ivan was outstanding to work with as well. He was courteous and professional. Brad and Ivan negotiated a very good deal on the van. One downside to the experience was the amount of time it took at the dealer to get to the finance department and to complete the paperwork. They kept us a sitting in the showroom a little long. They said they were busy that night. Once we got in to finance, my wife and I had a good experience working with Mychal Thompson. He has a good sense of humor and did not spend much more time than he had to in order to discuss what he is supposed to with buyers. We took delivery of the vehicle two days later on a Saturday. Again, it was busy and we had to wait awhile, but the kids enjoyed the awesome showroom and facilities at AutoNation with the play area, the cars, and the drinks/snacks. Brad and crew took care of us. We even got an accessory through Bret Baxter in the parts department and he was excellent as well. All in all, it was a good experience and I would highly recommend Brad, Mychal, Ivan, Bret and AutoNation Honda in Chandler to friends and family. Bob More

Exceeded my expectations! I came in to trade in my used CRV for another used vehicle. I had no money nor could I afford a car payment. WHAT HAPPENED TO CUSTOMER APPRECIATION??? I'm extremely put off....I just spent $1800, plus at your svc center and received a printout saying I need a list of repairs .....including a light bu I'm extremely put off....I just spent $1800, plus at your svc center and received a printout saying I need a list of repairs .....including a light bulb, windshield wipers and dire need of an oil change. Whatever happened to customer appreciation and either changed the oil, replaced a crummy light bulb or even windshield wipers. Even the vac job on my car was second rate. I will take my business elsewhere. More
